No, you won't be enrolled from day one. We wait 3 months before automatically enrolling you into the pension scheme - but don't worry, you can join earlier if you'd like to!
Why the 3-Month Wait?
This is called a "postponement period" and it's perfectly normal. Here's why we do this:
- Gives you time to settle in and understand all your benefits
- Avoids unnecessary admin for short-term assignments
- Follows best practice that many UK employers use
- Keeps things simple during your first few months with us

Absolutely no problem! If you'd prefer to begin saving for your pension from day one (or any point during your first 3 months), you can opt in early.
