Complaints Procedure
We know that things don't always go to plan, so if you need to raise something just get in touch via the below and we'll be back in touch ASAP.
We're sorry if things haven't gone quite right with something during your time with NASA.
We would always recommend getting in touch with your Account Manager as a first course of action, as more often than not they will be able to jump in and help with whatever query you may have.
If you need to escalate a complaint, our Customer Service Manager will be back in touch within 5 working days, once they have investigated your query. We take complaints very seriously, so we'll do our best to look into every aspect of what's happened and find a resolution as soon as possible.
