How to request your P45 and close your account with Nasa.

If you've finished contracting or are moving on to something else, you can close your account easily.

Before you close down your account with Nasa, we'll need to check a few things first:

1. Have all final payments been processed?
2. Have you notified your agency and client, and given sufficient notice as per those terms if you are leaving the assignment early? 
3. If you opted for retained holiday pay, has this all been claimed?
4. Do you have any pension refunds pending?
