Information regarding what happens if you are requested for jury duty whilst you are on an assignment with Nasa Umbrella.
If you are requested to attend jury duty, and are not due to receive payment from your client during your time attending court then you will need to complete a Loss of Earnings form. This can be found online prior to your first day of jury duty here. Alternatively a physical copy can be obtained from the courts.
Once you have your form please complete the relevant sections and then scan this in/take a picture of the form. Please email this directly to payroll@nasaumbrella.com
We will also require confirmation from your agency/end client confirming the days you would have worked if you were not requested for jury duty.
Once we have received all of the necessary information we will be able to complete Loss of Earnings form which you will be able to provide to the court for reimbursement.
