Opting Into the Workplace Pension

Whether you're a new starter wanting to begin early, someone who wasn't automatically enrolled, or someone who opted out previously and wants to rejoin, this guide covers everything you need to know about joining our workplace pension scheme

Quick Overview: When do you need this?

You might want to opt in if:

  • You're new and want to start saving before the 3-month automatic enrolment
  • You weren't automatically enrolled (perhaps you didn't meet all criteria initially)
  • You opted out previously but have changed your mind
  • Your circumstances changed (pay increase, age change, etc.) making you eligible


How to Opt In?

Opting in couldn't be easier! Simply contact our Payroll team directly at payroll@nasagroup.co.uk or use our WebChat in the bottom right corner of this page.

  • Let us know you'd like to opt in.
  • We'll set everything up for you and confirm when contributions will start.

Opting back in to the Workplace Pension

Were you with now:pensions before?
Our workplace pension scheme is now with People’s Pension, so if you rejoin, you’ll join our new People’s Pension scheme instead of now:pensions. 

Don’t worry if you have an old now:pensions pot. That money is still yours and stays invested. After you’ve joined, People’s Pension can help you transfer it into your new account so all your savings are in one place. Transferring is entirely your choice.
