Most of the things we'll need are in our registration form, but we might need some extras.
Once you have completed your registration with us either over the phone or via our sign up form, we'll send you a few emails to give you access to your account, and finalise your profile.
- Logins - Access to the Nasa portal for timesheet and payslip access will be sent via email for you to set your own password
- Welcome Pack - Important resources such as employee guides, and workplace pension information
- TrustID Link - In an age where security is of upmost importance, we have partnered with TrustID for our ID and AML checking requirements. We'll send you a link which will request you upload ID documents and biometric verification. We'll then be send the results automatically.
- Contracts - First you receive our over-arching employment contract, and then any agency paperwork for your acceptance will follow afterwards. We're happy to work with any agency, so just let us know their details and we'll follow up with them directly to arrange this.
- Pensions - All eligible workers will be auto-enrolled into the Nasa workplace pension as standard, and more information is sent with your welcome email. If you have opted to make onward SIPP payments via your payroll with us, we'll send you a separate form with details we'll need to set this up.
