When do we pay your pension provider?
Simple answer: By the 20th of every month!
We pay all pension contributions monthly in arrears, and here's exactly when your contributions reach your pension provider:

** Optional bonus payment run if you’d like to top up your pension before the tax year ends. We'll check in with you in advance to ask your preference.

We use Faster Payments for all pension payments. It's quick, secure, and reliable. (We don't offer Direct Debit options).

These dates are set in stone and match your payslip dates. Why? Keeping it standardised ensures everyone gets treated fairly, and we can maintain our efficient processing system.
