Our fixed calendar below outlines payment dates to all providers, based on your payslip dates.
Payments are made monthly in arrears, by the 20th of each month.

To ensure a reliable, compliant, and uniform process for all parties involved, we work with various pension providers and have established the following payment schedule for operational and regulatory purposes.
Before proceeding with our salary sacrifice service, please review the payment schedule to ensure it meets your needs. All payments will be processed according to the dates specified above.
📋 Important points to note:
- We only pay by Faster Payments (we do not offer Direct Debit payment options).
- Our schedule is fixed, and in line with your payslip dates. This cannot be amended.
📨 Example:
- Your timesheet dates: 1 - 30 June 2025
- Your payslip date: 10 July 2025
- Payment to provider: 20 August 2025
