Accountancy fee payment policy
Thank you for choosing NASA for your accountancy services.
This policy applies to clients who have a monthly instalment package for their annual fee paid by standing order.
During the trading year, we carry out a wide variety of accounting and finance actions for you and your company ensuring that not only are you maximising your income and tax efficiency, but also that your company and personal finances are kept in good order with the respective authorities. In return, we request that our accountancy fee which is an annual fee split into 12 monthly instalments be paid to us on time to ensure we get remunerated for this work, as we work throughout the year for you and your company.
Our Payment Process is outlined below:
Step 1 - Upon engaging our services, we request that each client set up a monthly Standing Order from their Ltd company bank account as soon as possible for the agreed monthly fee to the Nasa bank account details below:
Bank Name Santander
Sort Code 09 01 27
Account Number 23569586
Clients should use their Ltd company name or a specified reference as the payment reference.
Step 2 - If at any stage the monthly payment is missed, we will send a polite reminder that there is a balance on your account and to request payment within 7 days. At this stage our services and advice will continue as normal.
Step 3 - If payment has not been received within the above timeframe (7 days) it will result in our accounts department placing the customer account 'On Stop'. This will result in your client manager being unable to carry out any further works for both you and your company. The provided accounting software will be turned off and any insurance policies held through NASA will be invalid until the balance has been settled.
Please be aware that being placed 'On Stop' may result in missed HMRC and regulatory authority submissions for which Nasa will not be held responsible. Any respective penalties and interest under these circumstances will be the clients sole responsibility.
Step 4 - If clients are repeatedly late in paying, we may also have to increase our fees to cover the extra admin time spent chasing for the remuneration for our services.
Step 5 - Should clients fail to adhere to these requests, we reserve the right to terminate our service offering and will look to recoup any defaulted fees via the appropriate legal avenues.
We, thank you for your support and understanding of this process.
