How will you get to know my business?
In short, however suits you. We are always happy to meet in person,
on Teams, email, or speak on the phone. We'll be sure to carve out
time when you come on board to speak with your primary
accountant, and the team that will be supporting you. 

❔ Who will be managing my account? 
You will have a dedicated personal accountant, who will get to know
you and your business in depth. They will be your go-to contact for
any of your needs, and will regularly check-in with you to review
progress and plan for the future. They will be supported by other
team members for more complex requirements. This will ensure there is 
always someone available that knows your business.

❔ What systems will I need to use? 
We can provide access to a range of software to match your
business needs. Typically, this will be award winning software from
FreeAgent or Xero.  Your accountant will discuss your requirements
with you, advise, and together you'll decide on the best software
solution for your business.

❔ Will I be reminded of upcoming deadlines?
We will ensure that you are always fully aware of upcoming filings
and payments. We operate a reminder service, with your
dedicated accountant getting in touch to advise as soon as we can
complete new reports, and when any payments become due.

❔ How will payroll processing work? 
We can provide full monthly payroll processing for up to 20 staff,
including directors and employees. Your dedicated accountant will
check in with you monthly to get details of new starters, leavers,
bonuses, or any other changes, to make sure these are reflected in
each month's payroll. We will also prepare and file P11D returns to
report any benefits given to directors and/or employees. 

❔ Will I get management insights into my business? 
We can provide management information and undertake regular
business performance reviews, reporting to you on areas of growth
and tax savings. This is in addition to the statutory information
which we will complete in order to meet regulatory requirements. 

❔ Will you provide advice on tax efficiency? 
We will provide bespoke tax planning advice, ensuring that you can
maximise your income and remain as tax-efficient as you would
like to be. We can recommend specialist advisers for pension and
investment planning, and your dedicated accountant will be able to
introduce you to advisers matching your needs.

❔ What if my business has other directors and shareholders?
They will also be able to contact your dedicated accountant
regarding company affairs, and have access to the same bespoke
planning and advice should they become a personal client of ours.
If your company wishes to add a new director or shareholder to the
business, we can complete the secretarial actions for this too.
