Setting up a Limited Company

A quick guide to our onboarding process if you're new to this way of working.

So you've decided to take on a project that falls outside of IR35, and now you're ready to embark on the journey of setting up your own Ltd company. So where should you begin?!

Luckily our knowledgeable and friendly support staff are here to help you though this. 

We'll arrange a time to give you a call and run through the service and how everything works to get your new company incorporated.

Once you have reviewed the information we have provided and feel confident in moving forward, we will begin the onboarding process with you.

You'll fill out a simple registration form, complete a quick ID check, have a read through our accountancy terms and conditions plus pay any set up fees where required.

We will gather all the necessary documents and forward them to your dedicated accountant.

Typically when setting up a new LTD company, the following things will need setting up: 

  • Company Incorporation with Companies House 
  • Business banking application 
  • PAYE registration 
  • VAT registration 
  • Software set up 
  • Business Insurance 

 

If you're opting to use NASA to set this up on your behalf, we'll guide you through each step above and do the majority on your behalf.
